Asian Food Collective

I founded the Asian Food Collective, a volunteer-led group focused on building Pan-Asian/Asian American community by cooking and eating together.

So far over $50,000 has been raised to cook over 3,000 meals (and counting); and we have engaged over 200 volunteers and 10+ organizations and businesses. On April 2024, we held our first Instagram in collaboration with two local Asian-owned businesses. The giveaway garnered over 160+ entries.

Not only have I recruited volunteers and community partners, created volunteer programming, and raised money and in-kind donations- I also create content for Instagram, TikTok, and Constant Contact. Asian Food Collective has gained over 2,180 followers on Instagram.
